We want you to be happy with AI New Tab. This policy explains when and how you can get a refund for credit purchases.
Purchases are sold and processed by Paddle, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Refunds are issued through Paddle back to your original payment method. Paddle's Buyer Terms also apply to your purchase.
You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if the credits from that purchase are unused. We refund the unused portion of a credit pack at our discretion; once a significant share of a pack's credits has been consumed, that purchase is generally considered used.
Because credits are delivered instantly and used to generate AI content, packs that have been substantially consumed are non-refundable, except where required by law.

We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
If you were charged in error, charged twice, or the Service failed to deliver the credits you paid for, contact us and we'll make it right — these are eligible for a full refund regardless of usage.
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first — we can usually resolve issues faster than a bank dispute. You may also contact Paddle, the Merchant of Record, regarding any payment.
